The most important additions to Career Mode in FIFA 23

FIFA 23 will turn into an RPG where you can build your own character through a new character selection system in Career Mode that categorizes players and coaches into three categories:

Maverick Division: They are the dominant category and the attackers who take advantage of half-opportunities to score goals and move to execute without thinking twice.

Virtuoso Division: They rely on their intelligence and skills to gain the advantage on the court, this class always giving their best performance

 Heartbeat Division: They are the leaders who are very confident in themselves, who are considered the engine of the team and who can read the match and are two steps ahead of their competitors

Career Mode includes Player Growth, which is like a skill tree or achievements that are the pillar of each of the three, and your way of playing and what you accomplish on the field determines your character in this triangle and to which character or way of playing you tend more or you can be a balanced character.

You can evolve more with character points you collect while playing to develop yourself across different Tiers and unlock more achievements or challenges for each character type

Off the field activities are a series of interactive activities outside the field that will build and polish your personality more in front of the followers and the public.

Interactive activities include joining birthday parties or charities, appointing a cook for you to adjust your fitness and physical health, visiting an injured colleague for example, and other scenarios that as much as they can benefit you, your actions can also have negative consequences depending on your decisions.

For the first time, you can even appoint your social media account manager, build a sauna in your home and more, and every activity rewards you with personal points that fall into any of the three sections according to its type.

You can play the important moments or highlights of any match, whether in player or coach mode, which puts you directly inside the shot instead of playing the entire match or just watching from the coach's perspective.

Dynamic moments are new cinematic clips that increase the realism of the game and appear when the player signs with his new team during the transfer market or reaches the starting lineup with clips during training and at the junior academy

Changes to the look of the main menu to make it smoother and easier for players to access

A transfer market analysis system that will analyze every outward or incoming transfer from a financial point of view to tell you whether that player really matters to you as a coach or whether his deal is really worth that amount of money or not.

Finally, in Career Mode you can play a full career with real coaches on the ground like Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola and for any team.
