There are more than 100 5G commercial networks in the world, derived from data published by the Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA). The information on the GSMA official website shows that there are 106 5G commercial networks in use worldwide.

On August 10, a month ago, information published on the official website of the Global Mobile Suppliers Association (GSA) showed that there were 92 5G commercial networks in the world at that time, distributed in 38 countries and regions. The current number has reached 106, which means that the number of 5G commercial networks in use worldwide has increased by 14 in the past month.

Information from the official website of the Global Association for Mobile Communications Systems also shows that the current penetration rate of 5G in the global population has reached 7%. It is estimated that by 2025, 20% of the world's devices will be connected to the 5G network.

As operators increase their investment in 5G, the number of 5G commercial networks put into operation will increase accordingly, and the scope of 5G commercial use will also increase. The number of 5G commercial networks will continue to increase in the next few years.
